It is Flu Shot Season!

It is flu season & you see "Get your flu shot" signs everywhere. My experience with getting the flu shot has not been good. I always got sick afterward & I know others who have had the same experience. Since taking Omnitrition® nutritional products, I have not gotten sick. I attribute that to taking Omni4 ® on a regular basis, as well as, taking Immune Defense® whenever I feel I am coming down with a cold or flu. No flu shots for me. I even went to Mexico when they were worried about the flu & didn't get sick. I, also, work in a hospital with all kinds of illnesses.
