7 Foods to Eat for Sun Protection

It is summertime when many are exposed to the sun. Research suggests some foods have the power to guard skin from the damage caused by the sun's UV radiation. Eating these healthy foods could add inner protection against sunburn and wrinkles at the cellular level, but are no substitute for using sunblock.
According to a study at University of Arizona, citrus fruits have the potent ingredient limonene, which is associated with 34 % lower risk of skin cancer.
1.  Citrus Fruits
