School is back in session & we want our children to do well. Here are some ways to help the brain:
1) Seafood
Have you heard the old saying, "Fish is brain food."? Salmon & tuna contain large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. These healthy fats may improve retention of brain cells.
Omnitrition's Remind® is formulated to provide a healthy amount of Choline to support optimal memory.  Omnitrition's Remind®, also, called "Brain in a Bottle" helps with mental focus, concentration, & clarity of thought.  The Choline in Remind® is equivalent to eating 30 pounds of fish each day. Many children & adults who suffer from ADD/ADHD as well as depression, anxiety, & panic attacks have been able to go off of their prescription meds when using Omni 4® liquid vitamins, Charge® & Remind® together. Results have been amazing! Omnitrition's Remind® is Complete Brain Nutrition You Won't Soon Forget!
2) Brown Carbs
Whole grains provide fuel for your brain. Your brain uses 20% of energy. Best sources include: whole wheat bread, brown rice, quinoa, & bran flakes.
Who needs more energy?...almost anyone! Full of B vitamins, Omnitrition's Charge® is very helpful with: stress, fatigue, anxiety, energy, focus, & concentration.  Comes in powder in bottle or packets & in capsules. Omnitrition's Charge® Gives you Energy to Face the Day!
3) Berries
These fruits, rich in antioxidants, strawberries, blueberries, & cranberries, are linked to better memory & coordination.

4) Coffee, Wine, & Dark Chocolate
Packed with antioxidants, these, also, help with brain health.
Shield® is Omnitrition's® innovatively produced antioxidant.  Foods rich in antioxidant nutrients, such as vitamin A, C & E and beta-carotene, help protect brain cells from free-radical damage caused by environmental pollution. They are known as free radical scavengers and defense from free radicals is important to protecting the brain.  Shield® contains:
  • Vitamin A 5000 IU
  • Vitamin C 120mg
  • Vitamin E 30 IU
Everyone should take antioxidants! Do you have your Shield up?
