Detox Foods to Lose Weight

According to Dr. Oz, these foods can help you lose 10 pounds in a month. No starving and no exercise. Corrects intestinal health.
Start by eliminating:
  • Dairy/eggs
  • Gluten
  • Processed sugar
  • Soy
  • Coffee/soda/alcohol
  • Beef/pork
  • Creamed vegetables
  • Peanuts(possibly from fungi)

3. Free-range, pastured chicken free of hormones & antibiotics.
4. Fresh berries help kill cravings & have a lot of fiber.
5. Apple cider vinegar makes for good digestion.
