1) Eat 3 meals every day. Those who didn't miss meals lost 8 pounds more than those who did.
2) Keep a food journal. Those who kept track of what they ate lost 6 pounds more than those who did not. Best to write your intake down as you eat rather than wait until the end of the day.
3) Bring a lunch. Women who brought their lunch lost 5 pounds more than those who ate out.
